About Equestrian Táltoș

Located in the picturesque village of Crasna in Sălaj County, we are one of the most modern equestrian centers in Transylvania. With over 5 years of experience, we have created a place where love for horses becomes a way of life.

Our name – Táltos – evokes the magical horse from Hungarian mythology, a symbol of freedom, strength, and the special bond between human and horse. This philosophy guides every lesson, every ride, and every moment spent with us.

Riding lessons

A wonderful horse who can't wait to meet you.

Bogi

Bogi is a Shagya Arabian horse with an exceptionally comfortable and smooth canter. Most of our students learned to canter on her. An experienced, reliable school horse for intermediate riders.

Edda

Edda is an experienced, calm horse, excellent for trail riding. A reliable partner for both beginner and advanced riders, patient and safe.

Hajni

Hajni is the oldest and most experienced horse at our school, having already taught hundreds of children to ride. A patient, reliable and safe choice for beginners.

Kincsem

Kincsem is an elegant Andalusian-type horse who beautifully represents the natural grace and beauty of the breed. An excellent choice for advanced riders, especially for dressage.

Mango

Mango is a charming and adorable horse who leads his rider to success with natural talent and a positive attitude. A friendly, enthusiastic partner for both beginners and children.

Mese

Mese is a beautiful isabella palomino, the absolute favourite of children thanks to her calm and reliable nature. An experienced, safe horse, ideal for beginners and children.

Pepita

Pepita is a beautiful Pinto horse, the absolute favourite of children thanks to her distinctive colourful coat. With her calm and friendly nature, she is the ideal choice for beginners and children.

Seri

Seri is an extremely friendly horse with a gentle nature, the perfect choice for beginner riders and children. A patient, reliable and safe partner for learning to ride.

Kristóf

Riding instructor

Kristóf needs no introduction – from March 2nd he will be welcoming riders again at Equestrian Táltoș.

Dorottya

Instructor – dressage & jumping

Dorottya is our newest instructor. You may have seen her at a Táltos event, where she delivered a stunning dressage performance. Her strength is dressage, but she will also teach new jumping techniques.

Norbi

Senior instructor

Norbi also needs no introduction – from March 2nd he will be waiting for you at Equestrian Táltoș.
