When using the booking system (login.taltos.ro), we process the following personal data: Required data: • Full name • Email address • Password (stored encrypted) • Date of birth (for age verification) Optional data: • Phone number • Nickname • Weight and height (for horse-rider compatibility) • Children's profile data (if added by a parent) Automatically collected data: • Login logs (date, time) • Booking history • Penalty and riding pass records When using Google OAuth: • Name and email address from your Google profile
Legal basis for processing (GDPR Article 6): • Contract performance: Managing bookings, pass records, attendance • Legitimate interest: Security logs, absence records • Consent: Google OAuth login, optional data (weight, height) • Legal obligation: Accounting records (where applicable)
• Active user accounts: until account deletion • Booking history: 3 years (for accounting purposes) • Activity logs: 1 year • Deleted accounts: permanently removed within 30 days • Google OAuth tokens: refreshed at each login
Your data is NOT sold to third parties. Data may be accessed by: • Riding centre instructors and administrators: for booking and attendance management • Google LLC: only if you use Google OAuth login (Google Privacy Policy: policies.google.com/privacy) • Hosting provider: for server operation (data stored in Romania) Data is disclosed to authorities only where required by law.
Under EU GDPR, you have the right to: • Access: View what data we store about you • Rectification: Request correction of your data • Erasure ("right to be forgotten"): Request deletion of your data • Data portability: Request your data in a machine-readable format • Objection: Object to the processing of your data • Restriction: Request limitation of processing Please send your request to info@taltos.ro. We process personal data of minors (under 18) only with parental consent. The parent/legal guardian is responsible for creating and managing the child's profile in the system. If we become aware that we have processed a minor's data without parental consent, we will delete it immediately.
